Cost & Value of Our Products

All of our products are made-to-order, one-of-a-kind designs. You won’t find these anywhere else — every item is custom printed specifically for you at the time you place your order.

  • Each piece is individually produced when you order.
  • Printing costs are higher than mass manufacturing, and that’s what makes your item unique and extra special.
  • Shipping reflects the true size and weight of the product — smaller items (mugs, shirts) ship cheaply; bulky items (blankets, yoga mats, wall art, dog beds) naturally cost more to produce and deliver.

This one-off process is what gives our store its value: you’re receiving a unique, limited product, not something pulled from a warehouse.

Sales Terms

At USA-1.shop, we sell American-made, American-minded merchandise with a satirical twist. All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners and processed once your order is placed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Shopify and Etsy.
  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed or modified after 1 hour from placement.
  • Sizing Suggestions: Apparel items are printed on demand using third-party garment blanks and sizing can vary slightly by manufacturer. For a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up, especially for unisex T-shirts and hoodies. Please review the size charts on each product page before ordering.

International Shipping: Not available at this time.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing)

  • Mainland USA (48 states): 3–7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
  • Armed Forces (AA, AE, AP): 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary due to product type, carrier, weather, or seasonal volume.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and product. Smaller items (mugs, T-shirts, hats) typically fall within our standard shipping rates. Bulky and oversized items (e.g., yoga mats, blankets, wall art, dog beds) use special shipping rates provided by our fulfillment partners. These rates reflect the true size and weight of the item. Customers will see the exact cost at checkout and can decide whether to proceed with the order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or accidental ordering. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue and the packing slip

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
  • After that window, the order enters production and cannot be stopped or refunded unless damaged or misprinted.
